Terms and Conditions
The following specific terms and conditions apply to the competition known as "Free Film Friday" (the "Competiton") on 107.3FM Touch Radio ("The Station").
1. The competition shall run on an ongoing basis. The end date of this competition shall be advised on air.
2. Entry is by phone to the relevant number as broadcast on air. The cost of the call is local rate from a BT Landline. Mobiles and other networks may cost more - the actual cost depends on your operator.
3. No other entry method will be accepted for this competition/contest.
4. Individuals may enter the Competition/contest several times, however only one prize will be awarded in any two week period.
5. Each winner will receive a family ticket admitting two adults and two children to the Apollo Cinema in Leamington (the "Sponsor"). The Station cannot be held responsible for The Sponsor's refusal to admit competition winners for any reason.
6. The Station reserve the right to amend the prize at any time, without giving notice or reason. Details of such a change will be broadcast on air and on the station website where possible.
7. The competition is broadcast on Friday between 06:00hrs and 09:00hrs. The Station cannot be held responsible for failure to broadcast the competition for any reason.
8. A caller will be taken to air once clarification is met that entrant meets the terms and conditions of entry.
9. The winning entrant will be the entrant who correctly identifies the title of the movie that the presenter is quoting.
10. Entry is available to listeners over 16 years of age.
11. Listeners will be notified on air of each relevant winner.
12. The Prize is as stated and there is no alternative prize – cash or otherwise.
13. Any employee of Touch Radio or any sponsor, their immediate family or any other person who is connected with the competition either directly or indirectly are ineligible to enter this competition/contest.
14. No correspondence will be entered into regarding competitions. The Programme Director or Touch Radio Representative’s decision is final.
15. Touch Radio reserves the right to alter or amend these rules at any time and to suspend the competition or cancel the competition at any time.
16. Written copies of these specific terms and conditions are available on our website or via email or SAE.
17. All participants in any Touch Radio competition/contest will be deemed to have understood these rules, and to be bound by them. All participants in the competition shall accept and enter into the competition subject to these terms and conditions
