Ben Day has been doing breakfast shows for a long time - he's been the presenter who has launched two brand new radio stations and has broadcast everywhere from Kenilworth Castle whilst running in the Two Castles Run to the Corkscrew at Alton Towers Resort. Away from the microphone, Ben loves to cook - he's also a qualified SCUBA diver and spends a lot of time thinking up excuses for why he hasn't been to the gym.
Louisa Allen has been a part of the on-air team at 102 Touch FM for years - and now she's back on the breakfast show. Away from the studio, Lou loves a good night out with the girls and tries to get away on as many holidays as she can afford - including a yearly trip to Nova Scotia in Canada to spend time with her parents.
