The Greig Lifestyles is a gym and sports facility based in the heart of Alcester. As a charity we were lucky enough to be awarded grants of approximately one million pounds to upgrade and extend our service to bring it bang up to date.
Greig Lifestyles includes a four court sports hall, fully equipped gym, modern sprung-floored dance studio, squash courts, meeting rooms, and a sports therapy suite.
Our pride and joy is our 49 station, fully air conditioned modern gym. The Technogym equipment is completely up to date and offers a wide range of cardio vascular and resistance opportunities with an added free weights area. Our friendly team are qualified to offer individually designed exercise programs to help you achieve your goals.
The sports hall itself is fully marked for a variety of different games with a viewing gallery available for keen observers and supporters. We have a wide range of fitness classes to choose from including low impact, fitball and active body workouts. Other sessions are available such as yoga and upcoming Pilates classes. If you wish to brush up on your dancing skills there are classes to suit all levels.
We at Greig Lifestyles are a community based resource with a family friendly approach, enabling everyone to use our facilities. So come along to meet our staff and experience our warm welcome and see what’s on offer.
